Terms of Service

The Portal is provided to clients of Seven Custom Homes / VII Homes and to authorized team members and contractors. Access is by invitation only. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for activity that happens under your account.

You retain ownership of photos, documents, and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and share that content with the team working on your project for the purposes of running the project.

When you click “Approve” on a selection or change order and type your name in the signature box, you agree that the typed name is your electronic signature. Electronic signatures captured through the Portal have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature on paper under the federal ESIGN Act and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).

Each signed approval is recorded with a timestamp, your IP address, and the device/browser you signed from. You will receive an email receipt confirming what you approved. You may request a paper copy of any approval at any time by replying to that receipt.

You agree not to:

• Use the Portal for anything illegal or to upload malicious code.
• Attempt to access another client’s project, account, or files.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Portal.
• Use it to send spam or share login credentials with people outside your project.

We try to keep the Portal running, but we don’t guarantee uptime. We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or violation of these terms.

The portal is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from or relating to the Portal will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law. The construction services we provide outside the Portal are governed separately by your construction contract; this limitation does not modify those obligations.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Portal or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes arising from these terms or use of the Portal is the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we’ll notify active clients by email and update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
